About LCXM, Inc.
Our History
LCXM, Inc. was founded in 2022 by Justin "Jup" Noll. The story begins on a small farm in rural Mooney Creek, KS with deep local roots attempting to balance faith, hard work and resources provided. Attending mass at the historic Corpus Christi church as a child - the unique architecture, detailed aesthetics and masterful craftsmanship of the church inspired in Justin a virtuous desire to build and create enduring projects. That desire continued into undergraduate education in physics at Benedictine college and increased through the civil engineering program at the University of Kansas.
Justin's pursuit for building and creating enduring projects has carved a successful career path that includes direct involvement on projects across more than half of the lower 48 United States. For over 20 years prior to establishing LCXM, INC he collaborated daily with some of the nation’s largest heavy civil infrastructure owners, ENR (Engineering News-Record) top 500 ranked engineering and contracting companies on a diverse range of projects and programs in a diverse range of places. The years of completed and archived projects are truly special, but in Justin's own words: "there are four projects that have been and continue to be the most impactful, humbling, and rewarding work in my life; and the only continuous 24/7 ongoing projects which connect this history to the future."
"The four letters L, C, X, & M in Limitless Construction eXcavation & Materials are derived from the four best projects any parent could ever dream to have worked on."
That's the history - It's also a great acronym for four of the best words to hear together at once in the world of transportation, aviation, marine, rail, underground, bridges & buildings. The future is being built now.
